WOMEN IN TERRITORY TAKING

In recent times, God has spoken repeatedly and through different servants of God that in these end times, His army for the advancement of His Kingdom in the territories of the earth will be made up of women, youths, and children.

Looking at the constitution of this army, it is very obvious that God is counting on women to co-work with Him in raising that army. Women carry the children in the womb for nine months, during which they begin to influence and impact the lives of the children. Women raise the children, forming their personalities and determining their attitude to life and to the world from nursing days till their youthful age. By the time they become young adults, their personalities, attitudes, perspectives, etc., are already formed. This determines whether they will enroll in God’s army at all and what kind of soldiers they will be. The process continues according to Titus 2:2-5. The older women hand down the baton to the younger women to do the same, thus making women the custodians of the future. The role of women in territory taking for Christ is therefore multifaceted and in different stages. First, to raise the rest of the army made up of youths and children. Second, they are themselves conscripted into that end-time army. According to Joel 2:28, God Himself is equipping women by pouring out His Spirit upon them indiscriminately, and in Galatians 3:28, God sees women in His service without discrimination for in Christ there is neither male nor female. Every woman should therefore be roused to the awareness that God is counting on her and has equipped her fully for this task.

At the headquarters of the Ministry, the women’s department was launched in 2012. We have been working on creating awareness and awakening the women in order to reposition them for this great task of taking territories for our Lord and King. We have also been working on the empowerment of women in several fronts:

Spiritually, through women’s retreats with teaching and prayer sessions to rouse the women and raise their awareness to the role they have to play in God’s end-time army.

Socio-economically, through training workshops: training women to make products they can commercialize to make money; training them to have projects and sponsoring the projects to get them take-off for profitability.

Finally, obeying Titus 2:2-5 through home-making and home-building teaching sessions.

We have also structured the women’s ministry into departments. This will enable the women to flow in ministry according to their gifts, talents, and calling. Our prayer and desire is that all the women in the ministry get involved, feel useful, and needed for the task that is before us.

So far, we are seeing women rising in usefulness and impact in the church in Yaoundé, and from reports coming from the different regions where we went to stir up the women, it is all very encouraging, and we look forward with great expectations for a mighty move and palpable impact on the church and ministry from the women.
